Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs

Ingredients 1 cup creamy peanut butter ¼ cup butter-melted 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla Dash of salt 2 cups powdered sugar about 10-12 oz. chocolate or chocolate chips (I used half semi sweet baking chocolate and half milk chocolate) Instructions Line 8 x 8 inch dish with parchment paper, leaving the paper overhang the sides so you can easily lift it later. Stir together peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla and a dash of salt, just to combine. Gradually mix in powdered sugar. Press the mixture into prepared dish. Smooth the top with spatula or simply press it with your palms to flatten into about ½ inch thick layer. Place it in the freezer until firm enough for cutting. Ingredients 1¼ cups granulated sugar, divided 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup unsweetened Hershey’s Cocoa powder, divided 2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup milk 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract ½ cup packed brown sugar 1¼ cups hot water Vanilla ice cream, if desired for serving Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Ingredients Strawberry Topping: 2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch 1/4 cup water 3/4 cup pure cane sugar 1 cup strawberry purée 6 cups sliced strawberries Dream Whip Filling: 16 ounces cream cheese 2 envelopes Dream Whip 1 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups powdered sugar Pie Crust: 1 no roll pecan crust Instructions Have the pecan crust baked, cooled, and ready to go. Ingredients: Apple Mixture: 2 medium granny smith apples, diced small, and mixed with: 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon  Cinnamon Topping: 1 c. butter, softened 1 c. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. cinnamon  Cake: 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp.salt 1 c. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter, melted  Glaze: 2 c. powdered sugar 5 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla  Directions: Grease a 9×13 inch pan (I like to line it with a parchment paper sling as well) and preheat the oven to 350°.  Make your apple mixture: Dice the apples and mix them with the cinnamon and sugar.   Set aside.  Make your cinnamon topping: With a spoon, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon together until smooth.   The consistency of this will be like a paste.   Set aside.  Make your cake batter: Mix together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs and vanilla until smo

Ingredients  1 cup or 227 grams butter at room temperature 3/4 cup or 166 grams granulated sugar 1/2 cup or 128 grams almond paste at room temperature 1 large egg at room temperature 1 tsp almond extract 2 cups or 295 grams all purpose flour glaze 1/2 cup or 114 grams unsalted butter 1/4 cup or 60 grams heavy cream 2 and 1/2 to 3 cups or 300 to 375 grams confectioner's sugar sifted 1 tsp almond extract  1/2 cup or 55 grams sliced almonds Instructions Preheat oven to 350F Lightly butter and flour a 9x13 baking pan. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Add the egg, almond paste, and extract, and beat until well combined. Make sure to smooth out any lumps of almond paste.  Add the flour and gently mix until just blended and no dry flour remains. Ingredients 1 cup butter, melted ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 4 teaspoons vanilla extract Chocolate Frosting ¼ cup butter, softened ¼ cup milk ( I use 2%) ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 cups powdered sugar Instructions Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with foil and spray foil with non-stick spray. Set aside. In the bowl of an electric stand-mixer, add the melted butter and cocoa powder. Using the paddle attachment, blend until smooth. Add the flour and sugar. Beat together then add eggs and vanilla. Mix just until combined. Don't over mix. (Batter will be thick) Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove brownies from oven and let stand 15 minutes before frosting. You want the brownies still warm when you frost them! FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTIN
